Our accessibility target
Sicket targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for the public website and core product workflows. This is an engineering and design target, not a certification or a claim that every page currently conforms in full.
Sicket has not yet completed an independent accessibility audit. We will update this statement when our testing scope, known limitations, or supported technology changes.
What we work toward
- Keyboard access and a visible focus state for interactive controls.
- Semantic headings, landmarks, form labels, and status messages that assistive technology can interpret.
- Readable contrast, text resizing, and layouts that reflow where the workflow allows it.
- Guided, plain-language ticket intake designed for residents across age groups and levels of digital confidence.
- Reduced-motion alternatives for non-essential animation.
- Plain language and error messages that explain what needs attention.
Supported browsers
Our support target covers the current and immediately previous stable releases of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on desktop, plus current mobile Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android. Older browsers, embedded webviews, and unusual browser extensions may work, but they are not part of the supported baseline.
Accessibility can vary across a browser, operating system, and assistive-technology combination. Please report a problem even when your setup falls outside this baseline; the details help us reproduce it.
Known limitations
- Some dense dashboard tables and advanced analytics views can require horizontal scrolling at high zoom or on narrow screens.
- Some downloadable PDF files may not yet contain complete document tags for screen-reader navigation.
- Third-party checkout and application forms are partly controlled by Stripe and Tally and can differ from Sicket's own interface.
- Animated product demonstrations on the marketing site are illustrations rather than product controls; reduced-motion settings show a stable alternative.
These limitations are not an exhaustive audit result. We will revise this list as issues are verified and resolved.
Report an accessibility issue
Email support@sicket.app with the page or workflow, what you expected to happen, your browser and device, and any assistive technology involved. Do not include passwords, private ticket contents, or other unnecessary personal data.
