Service scope

Sicket provides a web-based housing communication platform for tenant tickets, resident updates, announcements, news and updates, people management, invitations, a knowledge base, analytics, and related AI-assisted features.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, using strong passwords, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. Each organization is responsible for managing invitations, assignments, suspensions, and removals within its own scope.

Plans and sales model

  • Starter and Professional are offered as self-serve plans.
  • Enterprise is custom and sales-led.
  • Plan limits, pricing, and capacity are described on the public pricing section and may change over time.
  • Enterprise terms, support commitments, and rollout conditions are handled separately.

Customer content and acceptable use

  • You may not use Sicket to break the law, interfere with the service, abuse security controls, or upload harmful content.
  • You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content your organization places in Sicket, including tickets, announcements, and uploaded files.
  • Do not submit unlawful content, malicious material, or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
  • Sicket may suspend or restrict access where misuse, security risk, or non-payment requires it.

AI-assisted features

Some Sicket features provide AI-assisted support. Those outputs are advisory and should remain subject to human review, especially when they influence resident communication, categorization, or prioritization.

Billing, cancellation, and contact

Self-serve billing is managed inside the product together with the Stripe customer portal for invoices and payment methods. Enterprise billing and commercial support are handled directly.

For a practical explanation of monthly billing, plan changes, cancellation timing, reactivation, invoices, and Stripe, review Billing & subscriptions. For contractual questions, contact [email protected].

Availability and changes

Sicket may change, improve, or retire features, plans, and limits over time. Material legal or processing changes will be reflected through updated public legal documents and, where appropriate, in-product notice.
