Test Sicket with your tenants.
We’re looking for our first landlords and housing teams to test Sicket. Bring tenant questions, updates, and follow-up together, alongside your existing property tools. We’ll help with setup and learn from your feedback.

What should your building test solve?
Messages across several channels
Keep each report and its conversation together.
The same questions, again and again
Give residents answers they can find in the Knowledge Base.
Residents chasing the next update
Keep residents informed with ticket updates and building announcements.
A focused addition. An easy place to start.
Your property workflow already does a lot. Sicket focuses on the communication part: tenant questions, reported issues, answers, and updates.
Start with one building and a clear way of working. We help with setup and resident invitations, while your property administration stays in the tools you already use.

Use it for six weeks
Try Sicket in everyday communication. Meet us briefly each week, share feedback, and review the results together at the end.
Your building. Your everyday experience.
Do you own or manage a building with multiple tenants? We would like to hear from landlords, building managers, and student-housing teams who recognize these communication problems.
- Recurring questions, scattered messages, or unclear follow-up
- One person who can coordinate the test and invite residents
- Time for a short weekly check-in and honest feedback
We are starting in the Netherlands, especially Amsterdam, Amstelveen, and nearby cities.
hello@sicket.app“I started Sicket after struggling to get a clear answer about my own home. Now I want to learn from the people who would use it every day. Your feedback will help us see what works and what needs improving.”
Before you take part
When do the six weeks start?
The free six-week period starts when residents begin using Sicket, after we have agreed the setup and objectives together. We start with one building, or a small cluster when that makes sense for your team.
What is included in the building test?
We agree the evaluation features before launch, including tenant tickets, building announcements, Knowledge Base, and analytics. We help with setup, stay in contact throughout the test, and hold a short weekly feedback check-in.
What do we need to contribute?
Choose one person to coordinate the test, invite residents, and use Sicket for the agreed communication workflow. Share honest feedback in weekly check-ins and join an end-of-test review. We will agree how residents should report urgent issues before launch.
Will we need to replace our property management system?
Sicket focuses on tenant communication. Keep your existing property administration and introduce Sicket for questions, reported issues, answers, and updates. We review your current workflow together before setup; automatic connections to your existing software are not part of this offer.
What happens after the free test?
We review what worked and what needs improving together. Applicable ongoing pricing is discussed before you participate. There is no automatic paid conversion: continuing on a paid plan requires your explicit agreement. We also explain data access and offboarding before the test begins.
Where are you looking for test buildings?
We are starting in the Netherlands, especially Amsterdam, Amstelveen, and nearby cities. If your building is elsewhere, get in touch so we can discuss whether we can support a test.
Why focus on tenant communication?
Recurring tenant complaints highlight poor communication, limited transparency, and reports that receive no follow-up. Read the Ombudsman Rotterdam-Rijnmond findings. These are the problems we want to understand and improve through testing. Online reviews are useful signals, not a measure of every housing team's service.
Apply for a building test
Tell us about your building, the tools you use, and where communication gets difficult. We will get in touch to explore a six-week test together.
