About the role
Sicket is looking for someone who can introduce the product to potential customers in a focused and professional way. The role centers on thoughtful outbound outreach, early qualification, and scheduling useful demo conversations for the Sicket team.
This is not mass outreach. Messages should be relevant to the recipient, grounded in their likely communication workflow, and clear about why a Sicket conversation may be useful.
What you will do
- Identify housing organizations, property managers, owners, and portfolio teams that may benefit from Sicket.
- Research potential customers and contact the appropriate decision-makers with concise, personalized outreach.
- Qualify their current tenant communication challenges and whether Sicket is a sensible fit.
- Schedule product demos and provide the Sicket team with useful context before each conversation.
- Keep prospect status, follow-ups, and outcomes organized.
- Share recurring questions, objections, and market feedback so Sicket can improve its messaging.
